Continuous Improvement Workshops
We offer on-site training workshops. Our workshops are interactive and filled with application activities...the "teach and do" approach. We have found that this approach prepares your employees to apply what they learn back on the job. Our on-site workshops are affordable and saves you the travel costs associated with having your employees attending off-site training.
Cost of Our Workshops
The cost for a day of on-site training is $3,000.00. Because the
courses are highly interactive we limit the number of participants
to 15 in most cases so that an effective learning experience can be
had by all. So, for $3,000.00 plus airfare, meals and lodging for
one person, we come to your site.

The cost is per instructor per day, plus reasonable travel expenses.
Recommended Class Size
Because most of our training workshops are interactive we
usually limit the number of participants for one instructor to a
maximum of 15 participants. This is especially true for many of
our Lean enterprise workshops. Some of our other workshops will accommodate
more than 15. Please contact us for details.
Our Lean enterprise workshops are designed
for manufacturing and service industries. From the service
perspective we have Lean workshops for administrative departments,
healthcare and construction.
