Quantum Associates was founded in 1999 by Willie Carter. After spending over 25 years working for various industrial firms in operation and quality management roles Willie decided to establish his own business management consulting firm to leverage his skills, knowledge and abilities to help industrial and service firms achieve operational excellence.
