Bottom-Line Training From Quantum Associates
Did you know that studies
have found that as much as 50% of the training today is not transferred back to
the job, resulting in a monumental waste of resources?
Training and Development
professionals and department managers not only are interested in
developing their people but making sure training is on target in terms of
effectiveness and achieving desired results. Effectiveness is measured by how
well your employees transfer the concepts to the job and helps achieve financial
and strategic results.
We address your concerns
with our on-site training courses. Our courses are interactive and filled
with application activities…the “teach and do” approach. We have found
that this approach prepares your employees to apply what they learn back on the
job. Our on-site training is affordable and saves you the travel costs
associated with having your employees attending off-site training.
What is the cost for
on-site training?
-
1 day workshops
- $2800.00
-
2 day workshops
- $5300.00
-
3 day
workshops - $7500.00
What is the recommended class size for
on-site training?
Because our Lean training
courses are interactive, the optimal size for one instructor is 15 participants
or less.
What are the minimum
classroom requirements?
The
classroom should comfortably fit the class size, have a white board, an LCD
projector (connectable to a laptop), and screen, a flip chart and markers.
Location is not a problem we travel worldwide to serve our clients. We have
trained client teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia.
