The Value of Team Building

You must include all your employees in any continual improvement solution and they must understand it as a journey with no end. Team building is the way to help your people make that journey.

 

Change management initiatives like ISO 9000, Lean Enterprise, Process Management and Six Sigma requires teamwork. Just putting your people into work groups and calling them a team does not result in improving the output of the group.
